Set within 13 acres of breathtaking American landscape, the onsite facilities, including a deluxe 12-seater swim spa hot tub and interactive games rooms, make it a perfect destination for creating cherished memories that will last a lifetime.



Pumlumon:

An extraordinary holiday home for up to sixteen guests to enjoy a fantastic vacation. With cozy and relaxing spaces, celebrate with your family, gossip with your best friend, or take a group holiday and dream big in the hot tub. An inspired dog friendly accommodation, your furry friend will love walkies in the thirteen private acres. This is your luxury holiday home with finesse.



A contemporary kitchen with stacks of counter space and plenty of room to move around, you will find everything you need for a luxury self-catering break. Fill your flask, stuff a roast dinner in the range or prepare a tasty cream tea. Pile everything in the dishwasher and go back to enjoying your well-deserved break.



Entertaining is easy in this airy space. Designed for comfort the dining area is a focal point and place to congregate. Perfect to eat, drink and be merry, dine more formally for that special anniversary meal or sit down with a map and plan your adventures over steaming cups of tea.



In fresh and colorful decor, the size and style of the living area is ideal for your entire family or group of friends to curl up in. Snuggle on plush sofas flanking the log burner and break out the board games. For the big game or movie nights, there is a SMART TV. French doors lead out to the patio and drinks before dinner or a lazy summer barbecue.



The four suites are individually designed, and ideal for flexible sleeping arrangements. There is a wonderfully calm ambience that invites you to relax; with soaring countryside views, you may never want to leave your airy suite. Crisp cotton bed linens, cuddly duvets and comfortable beds will lead you to the land of nod. Or swap your country view for TV in bed.

Vista Suite – First floor. 1 Super King bed with custom over single bed (can\'t be split), 1 additional Super King-sized bed (Zip & link, twin upon request. Private en suite wet room bathroom. Seating area, SMART TV. (Sleeps 5)



Isaf Suite – Ground floor. 1 Super King bed (Zip & link, twin upon request), 2 singles. Private en suite wet room bathroom. Seating area, SMART TV. (sleeps 4)

It\'s sheer bliss to spruce up here. Every bedroom has a minimalist chic en suite wet room, soft fluffy towels and lavish Myddfai toiletries.



Cambrian:

Cambrian House has open plan living, dining and kitchen area blending modern facilities with classic country chic decor making a sumptuously comfortable and inviting home from home. Time spent with family and friends is precious, which is why we have created a spacious but cozy living area with beamed ceilings, underfloor heating and log burner, furnished with comfortable seating for you to make the most of your valuable time together.



The kitchen is fully equipped with a 6-ring gas hob/ oven range, microwave, fridge, freezer, dish washer and washing machine. The large dining table comfortably seats 16. Cambrian House can sleep up to 17 guests.

Rhos Suite – Ground floor. 1 Super King-sized bed & sturdy bunk beds. Private en suite wet room bathroom. (Sleeps 4) Super King can\'t be split.



Village Suite – First floor. 1 Super King-sized bed and 3 single beds. Seating area, SMART tv. Private en suite has twin showers and sinks. (Sleeps 5) Super King can\'t be split.



Penlan Suite – First floor. 1 Super King bed (Zip & link twin on request), 4 Singles. Seating area, SMART tv. Private en suite has twin showers and sinks. (Sleeps 6)



Additional Bathroom – First Floor. Separate bathroom with bath, toilet and sink.



Barcud:

Barcud designed with expanses of glass and a private balcony to make the most of the stunning views, it offers you a fully equipped and luxurious home from home, ideal for family holidays and friends\' reunions. The balcony allows guests to enjoy the unrivaled rural setting, views are of meadows where you can spot resident squirrels and red kites.



Enter a spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area with high vaulted ceilings, beams and meadow views. In your fully equipped kitchen-diner with electric hob/oven range, microwave, fridge, freezer, dish washer and washer/dryer, you will find everything you need to enjoy your home cooking and a dining area for 5.



Time spent with family and friends is precious which is why we have created a spacious, yet cozy and warm living area furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs for you to make the most of your valuable time together.



Bedrooms:

Family Shower Room – Ground Floor - Grohe shower, heated towel rail, an LED illuminated cabinet and toilet.



Barcud Coch - Ground floor. Super King-sized bed (Zip & link, twin upon request.) SMART tv and Netflix. Private access directly to the Welsh slate patio. Wheelchair accessible with ramp. (Sleeps 2)



Barcud Gwyn – Ground Floor. SMART tv and Netflix. Single bed and sturdy custom-built bunk beds. Floor to ceiling windows with lovely views. (Sleeps 3)



Guests have the option to use two double EV charging units exclusively for the barn, charged at $50 per car per stay. Cambrian, Pumlumon, and Barcud are all separate interconnected houses within one barn.
