Please keep noise levels low at all times, especially in common and outdoor areas.

Strict quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.

No music, loud conversations, or amplified sounds are allowed outdoors after 10:00 PM.

Musical instruments or sound systems that can be heard outside the apartment are not permitted at any time.

🚭 Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, including the use of vapes or e-cigarettes.

🐾 Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed on this property unless explicitly approved in writing prior to arrival.

🚗 Parking
Street parking is not allowed.

Please park only in the designated parking space assigned to the apartment.

Do not exceed the allowed number of vehicles.

Renters are responsible for inspecting the home upon arrival and reporting any pre-existing damages.

All guests are under the responsibility of the main renter.

Maximum occupancy limits must not be exceeded at any time.

🗑️ Trash Disposal
All trash must be properly disposed of in the designated trash area.

Failure to do so will result in a cleaning fee of AED 500.
