All our bathrooms are equipped with hot water, either the switch was not turned on or you were not shown how to tilt for hot water, we do apologise for that and yes we do offer airport shuttle on request.If you had asked about it from the reception, you would have been told about it.

Hello Dwayne, We thank you for the rating and review however i will like to address some of the concerns you raise.Uber and Bolt drivers tend to cancel all card rides it is something they are known for, they tend to prefer cash rides. With regards to the breakfast it is something we are working on improving and making it better for you our clients. We are a bit surprised you did mention about the road being difficult to ride one, the rough road from the highway is less than 10 seconds ride to the hotel.

quiet unfortunate you came at the time our service providers encountered technical issues. You were able to make videos calls, just that it got interupted, i am surprise to read you saying it does not work, if it doesnt you would not have been able to have those calls. We have bed protectors which we use on the bed whenever a guest complains about it density. Not everyone like their bed as soft as you want it likewise the hardness of it, it is why we have extra covers to fall on whenever guest come to us. Thank you

Dear Guest, Thanks for your stay with us, however we have soft mattress covers available for guest upon request, the mattress we use is a the standard one in Ghana however we have noticed some section of guest do complain about it as such we have that available. we would have provided that to you if you had reported it to us.
