I was unable to travel to Ghana due to a bereavement in my family. On 9 April, I contacted Hill View Hotel to request a change to my booking dates. Unfortunately, my message was not acknowledged. I also attempted to reach the hotel by phone, but received no response. I followed up with a second message via Expedia, and again received no reply.
I have stayed at Hill View Hotel on previous visits to Accra, which makes this experience particularly disappointing. The lack of communication and customer support in this situation fell well below expectations. As a result, I will not be staying at the hotel again.
