- A tastefully furnished apartment with stunning views at 500 meters from the sea of Aci Trezza, a charming fishing town with a romantic promenade, good restaurants and a vibrant atmosphere all year round.
The apartment consists of a living room with a comfortable sofa, an open kitchen with dining table, a bathroom with shower, bidet and toilet, and a double room with stunning sea view.
Casa delle Alohe is halfway Catania and Acireale on the second and upper floor of a modern villa. The bright living room has access to one of the two furnished terraces with stunning sea views. Stairs lead to a second terrace, on the roof, with a 360-degree view. This terrace is perfect for sunbathing.
The presence of central heating and the sunny, south facing, position makes Casa delle Alohe ideal for a stay at any time of the year.

Die Wohnung mit grosser Terrasse plus zusätzlicher Dachterrasse ist sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet und hat eine faszinierende Aussicht aufs Meer. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und freundlich, haben uns viele wertvolle Informationen zu Ausflügen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gegeben und waren jederzeit gut erreichbar. Der kleine authentische Ort mit seinen vielen guten Restaurants und den Bademöglichkeiten hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Mit Aussicht aufs Meer, sehr ruhig gelegen und zu Fuß 10 Minuten zum Strand und 20 Minuten zurück. Der Balkon war gut beschattet, so dass wir immer draußen sitzen konnten und auch viel Platz hatten. Die Wohnung war super sauber und der Gastgeber sehr, sehr freundlich. Zum Abschied bekamen wir sogar ein leckeres Geschenk. Von dort konnten wir viele Besichtigungen unternehmen.

Le logement de Giulia correspond parfaitement à la description. Tout le nécessaire est présent dans le logement et la grande terrasse avec la vue sur la mer est un vrai plus. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Giuseppe et son frère qui nous ont expliqué tout ce que nous pouvions faire et voir aux alentours. Les cadeaux de bienvenue sont très appréciables. Je recommande le logement De Giulia.

This condo was outstanding! Extremely clean with all the amenities. The patio and views of the sea were perfect for breakfasting and evening relaxing with a cocktail. The caretakers were readily available and able to meet any requests. Believe me when I say you cannot go wrong if you choose this place for your vacation in Sicily!

Amazing Views
The owners were fantastic greeting us when we got there. The views are spectacular. The town is close by walkable or there is plenty of metered parking on the waterfront. Great restaurants plenty of choices. Totally recommend staying here.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in toller Lage
Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit einem fantastischen Ausblick. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und haben uns zur Wohnung und Ort alles super erklärt. Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung und die beiden Terrassen laden zum Verweilen ein. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenhalt!

Recommendation for Discerning Travelers
Very nice, well-kept and spacious holiday apartment with a view of the nearby sea. Two spacious sun terraces invite you to linger. The very friendly property managers Guiseppe and Jano were extremely helpful and had a lot of valuable information.

We had a great time in Giulia‘s apartment. The view is extraordinary. The location is quiet and you are close to the see and the local restaurants. The warm welcome and support by Sebastiano and Guiseppe was great. We definitely can recommend staying in this buitfull apartment.

Wir wurden sehr schön mit Wein und Obst empfangen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf das Wasser. Die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit. wir waren zwei Wochen in dieser Unterkunft und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Our host were the best we ever had. Giuseppe and jano welcome us in a very Personal way They gave us fruits, water and a wonderful Tasty selfmade wine.

We had a pleasant stay at Giulia's. The apartment is beautiful, a breathtaking view, Via Terezza is a very charming town. The sea is accessible, and very pleasant. Nearby also Catania and the surrounding area. The people who hosted us, Giuseppe and Jano, are very warm and welcoming people, with good recommendations for nearby addresses. We recommend this fabulous place 100%

Ferielejligheden er lys og luftig, smukt og kunstnerisk indrettet, intet er overladt til tilfældighederne, hver en detalje er der tænkt på,der mangler intet. udover lejligheden er terassen også helt ifantastisk, stor og med alle bekvemmeligheder.
