The check in process was extremely frustrating! An online security profile must be completed prior to check in, which I did 3 weeks prior. The property manager called me a liar after he could not locate the profile. After proving him wrong and giving him the opportunity to apologize an apology was not received.
The house had cockroaches and the furnace to now work for over 18 hrs before they brought space heaters….and continued to not work for 4+ days. The floors were filthy and the exterior of the property was not well maintained. Very disappointing
