Staff are great and helpful. However, when a hotel rates itself a 4-Star, service, food quality, cleanliness, shower, toilets etc should meet the requirements. Showers do not drain, toilet is smelly, mini fridge barely works.., pillows are most uncomfortable and do not meet 4-Star standard. Furthermore: safe box did not have proper easy to follow instructions… and can be easily opened by any one, just terrible.
We arrived early and were told
No breakfast on the first checkin day.., fair enough but some consideration would have appreciated especially that we had with us a baby 9 months old.
We asked for drinking water at some stage because our 9 month old baby needed baby formula… we were told no water can be given as the daily ration is two 600mLs bottles per day. Just terrible.
We were 3 guests including a child… and to have 2 towels per day is just ridiculous.
Wifi is weak and slow.
Finally: staff are friendly and they try to help when help is needed. We booked a hotel and not just staff help, the hotel is just terrible for the price.
I definitely wouldn’t recommend to anyone and would surely not want to stay there ever again.
Showers leak, the spa also leaks and does not even work … toilet papers - there was hardly any… just one toilet paper for 3 guests … was just ridiculous… pillows are of poor quality … food quality and food variety was just poor… please remedy all the problems. Hotel staff were always friendly and helpful.
