    The vibe is instant. Towering pines, salty air, and minimalist contemporary architecture sprinkled amongst turn-of-the-century homes all vying for a view of Grange’s pristine shores…



    Grange has locals and holidaymakers wrapped around its lifestyle, and it’ll grab you too in this ultra-private 3-bedroom haven a flip-flop stroll to the famous Grange Jetty Café, just 11kms from the CBD.



    Swap the Tom Ford attire for leisurewear, sunscreen and long, lazy brunches in this upmarket seaside suburb where there is no “off-season.”



    The Space:

    Beyond the secure fence and private terrace, this solid brick and whitewashed 1950s home treats the professional couple or young family to relaxed and calming coastal style.



    Natural light streams into every pane, and you’ll be drawn to the open plan living, meals and large kitchen for its ample storage, prep space, and social connection.



    The littlest in tow will love the small bikes and toys provided, while across polished timber floors, French doors gravitate to the patio where paved, sunlit privacy marks the spot to plan your day’s agenda or to unwind after a day on the sand or sightseeing.



    All 3 well-appointed bedrooms with a king, queen, and double bed, retire to ceiling fans, built-in storage, and landscaped outlooks; the 3rd edging the upgraded bathroom and laundry with a separate WC.

    Guest Access:

    The property is conveniently and thoughtfully set up for easy self check-in. The property is all yours during your stay. A single undercover enclosed carport (for your use only) is located at the side of the home.



    The Neighborhood:

    Military Road provides enviable passage to Adelaide’s most spectacular swimming beaches, and you’re right smack-bang amongst them - Grange, Tennyson, Henley, West Lakes, and Semaphore.



    Better yet, they’re yours on foot.



    From jetty to jetty – Grange to Henley – takes a un-sweaty 30 minutes, and you can guarantee there’s nourishment of all kinds at Henley Square to quell an appetite.



    Moments from home, the waterfront c1881 Grange Hotel serves pub fare and all-day cocktails, and nestled in the dunes, the Grange Jetty Café caters from dawn till dusk under its balcony sails.



    World-class Royal Adelaide and Grange Golf Courses will tempt the exec to slash their handicap; others might take time out for a beauty treatment, and the kids can pick from countless parks and reserves - in particular, Point Malcolm Reserve in nearby Semaphore.



    Getting Around:

    This is sneaker territory for sure with the coastal trail just 70m from the front door – parallel to the jewelled sea - equipped for foot, bike, electric scooter and running traffic, yet getting further afield is a cinch with transport options on your doorstep. The property is just 100m walk to a variety of cafes, restaurants and shops, and next door to an Art Gallery and a Library.



    Grange train station is a 300m (5-minute) walk, offering a direct city transit every 30 minutes - ideal for Fringe Festival season, Tour Down Under, Clipsal 500, Adelaide Tennis International, Football, Australia Day Cricket International and Ashes and many festival events.



    Bus stop 29D just 20m away takes Seaview Road to Henley Square and then to the city via Currie St - Grenfell St - Pulteney St - North Tce; Bus line 300 (Stop 29A) circles Harbour Town and Colley Terrace at Glenelg. Bus H30 as it goes to Westfield West Lakes and the City.



    Other Things to Note:

    There are active exterior cameras on the property, which monitor the carport, courtyard and side access of the property.



    We supply enough toilet rolls and other general consumables for an average length stay, however for longer stays, and depending on your usage, guests may need to purchase more during their stay. Please note, for Foxtel access - you must have your own account to login.



    For extended stays over 21+ nights, mid-stay servicing is required for the upkeep of the property. We will notify you when this is due to occur



    The Split system R/C Airconditioner is located in the hallway only, directly outside the two main bedrooms. Additionally, the property has 2x portable evaporative airconditioners supplied for those extra hot days.



    We do ask that guests staying during the week assist with placing the bins on the front footpath of the property by 6pm the day before bin day (Tuesdays) and then bring them back in after they are emptied. Please note, in the event the bins are not put out or returned, the owners may access the carport to retrieve or return the bins to ensure that rubbish is maintained.



    House-trained pets are welcome by request, and an additional pet stay fee applies. Please discuss with us before making your booking. Your furry friends are part of the adventure, and we're here to accommodate their needs too. Please note, guest must clean up after their pets, pets are not allowed on soft furnishings or beds, and are not to be left unmonitored inside or outside the property for extended periods of time.

Great location

Bonus for me was it was pet friendly. Location was brilliant, walking distance to lost of great pubs, cafes, restaurants and beaches.

A fabulous location but way overpriced for what you get

We booked our stay over Christmas / New Year, this place was newly listed as a rental property. Don’t get me wrong, we had a really lovely time, the location is amazing, and very secure and safe with 2 little children. The particular time of year we were looking to travel, is extremely popular, there was very limited availability for anything along the Adelaide coastline that would have suited our young family. We are not shy of paying for an experience. We are fine with spending a lot if there is a returned value for our money. The cost of our stay was exorbitant, but all other homes available were expensive too. Things that annoyed us: There was no key to open the bathroom, WC or laundry windows. The kitchen/dining/living area is small. Looks much larger in the photos. The separate WC is exactly that, a tiny closet. Anyone large would not fit, and would not fit in the tiny shower. There is only 1 air conditioner in the hallway, which on a 25 degree day does a decent job of cooling the front 2 bedrooms and living area. The 3rd bedroom is a hot box on any hotter days. Luckily we had a mild week, but if we’d stayed during a heatwave it would have been unbearable. Finally, the kitchen, bathroom is Kmart everything. The dishwasher did not clean the dishes. The home is decked out in ikea. For what we paid you could furnish this entire home 7 X over. Repeating, fab location, very safe, just not great value for your money!
