Welcome to our freshly renovated 3-bedroom home in vibrant Maylands! Fully furnished with brand-new AC and heating, it’s perfect for families, couples, or business stays. Walk to cafes, pubs, shops, and cinemas. Norwood Shopping Centre is 15 mins away on foot, and the CBD is just a 12-minute drive. A stylish, comfortable base to relax or explore.
This is a self-contained home with three bedrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. We provide bedding for the number of guests booked. Be mindful there are two steps at the entrance of the property.

▪️Living area The living room is fully air-conditioned with centralized heating and cooling, ensuring year-round comfort. It features a cozy sofa and a TV, perfect for unwinding after a long day. A stylish dining table completes the space, making it ideal for meals.
▪️Kitchen The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge with freezer, microwave, gas cooktop, built-in dishwasher, portable oven, coffee maker, and kettle. Complimentary tea, coffee, and basic condiments are also provided, ensuring a convenient and enjoyable stay.
▪️Bedroom Bedroom 1: Cozy queen-size bed for a restful night’s sleep, with a garment rack. Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed and a tallboy for storage. Bedroom 3: Two single beds and a tallboy for storage. All bedrooms are equipped with split-system air conditioning for year-round comfort.
▪️Bathroom Both the ensuite and guest bathrooms are modern walk-in spaces with a clean, minimalist design, glass shower screens, and easy-access layouts. The ensuite also features a bathtub, adding an extra touch of comfort. Each space is practical, stylish, and thoughtfully designed for convenience and relaxation.
▪️Laundry The laundry is equipped with a washing machine, along with an iron and ironing board, providing all the essentials to easily manage your laundry needs during your stay.
▪️Parking One free parking spot is available for this holiday home. Free street parking.
Noise Notice: * Please note that there may be some noise during your stay due to nearby activities: * There is a workshop at the back of the property where the owner works from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. * Across the main road and slightly diagonally opposite the property, there is a construction site. Typical construction hours are usually around 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. * The property is also located next to a main road, so some traffic noise may be noticeable. * While these are generally not disruptive, we wanted to make you aware so you can plan accordingly. Others • We kindly request that you respect our property and leave it in a clean condition upon your departure. Please do not move any furniture, and report any damages that occur during your stay. • Please note that an additional cleaning fee may apply if the room is excessively dirty or messy upon checkout. • Please maintain low noise levels between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. and refrain from creating any disruptive noise. • Smoking is strictly prohibited. A $200 charge will be deducted from the security deposit for any evidence of smoking. • No parties or events on the premises. If such activities are reported during your stay, you will be asked to vacate the property immediately, and a charge of $500 will apply for any evidence of such gatherings. • We kindly remind our guests that pets are not permitted in our townhouse. This policy helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all our visitors. • If you find yourself locked out and require assistance from the manager, a $100 fee will be applicable before 10 p.m. Please be aware that we cannot assist with key-related issues after 10 p.m. each day. • In case of a lost key, a $200 fee will be incurred for key replacement. • The use of illegal drugs is strictly forbidden on the property. Any violations will result in immediate contact with the authorities. Violation of this rule will result in termination of your occupancy, eviction, and forfeiture of rental fees.
