Yucanta Park is a magnificent 1925 homestead where vintage elegance meets thoughtful modern comfort. The main living room is anchored by classic leather Chesterfields, creating a warm setting for gathering or settling in for a movie night. Toward the rear, a second living area with a wood fire offers an inviting retreat for cosy evenings. In contrast to the home’s heritage character, the kitchen feels fresh, modern, and highly functional, with sleek finishes and generous bench space for easy meal preparation. The formal dining room connects via a traditional servery hutch, seamlessly blending old-world charm with everyday practicality.

Outside, wide verandahs wrap around the home, offering multiple spaces to dine, relax and take in the peaceful garden surrounds. The private tennis court adds a classic estate feel — perfect for friendly afternoon matches before gathering for drinks on the verandah.
