“On arrival they claimed they did not have my reservation... they also claimed they did not work with Orbitz. When I showed them their listing on Orbitz they did not believe it... “I contacted the hotel in middle of the night to arrange airport transfer. They replied within 5 minutes & that gave me confidence that they look after their guests. Room was was spacious, nice and cleaned daily. I requested a room change and this was done without hesitation.
