We recently started here with family over graduation weekend. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience. There was plenty of room for everyone and being within walking distance to downtown was fantastic. Absolutely beautiful, historic property. Thanks for allowing us to stay here and for being such great hosts. Would definitely recommend!!!

This is our second time staying and hosting a family gathering. The house has beautiful historical details, lots of super clean bedrooms and big rooms with comfortable furniture for a family gathering. I grew up nearby but now live out of state and it is great to find a nice centrally located place to host family events. The owners were very responsive and provided what was needed to make our stay special. Thank you for sharing this Victorian beauty with us.

We enjoyed several days with extended family from across the country. The home is clean, and well stocked. Little details like nightlights ad makeup wipes are well attended. We've stayed here before, and enjoyed coming back!

This amazing historic home met and exceeded all my expectations. It was so clean and comfortable and absolutely beautifully appointed and decorated. My family and I had more room than we knew what to do with and there were so many interesting and unique historic details to discover. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. Communication with the host was outstanding as well. Highly recommend!

The craftsmanship of the house is very detailed. There was ample room for all 10 of us. There was plenty of room behind the house for all our cars. The kitchen was very nicely appointed which was nice since we had a large group to feed. We loved the extra space the floor plan design provided in the large bedrooms, bathrooms, halls and wide ornate staircase. The fenced in backyard was very nice for the kids and the adults really loved relaxing on the beautiful front porch. The only negative was 3 of the mattress’ could stand to be updated. We would absolutely stay there again.

We love historic homes and this one was great for my birthday party. The provided kid’s toys and high chair were super helpful. Our pup loved the fenced in backyard.

Wow! Everyone loved it. The "attic" bathroom is really nice and stayed warm with the small heater provided. In town for a wedding and it worked out perfectly. Parked cars in back... wished there was a better walkway from the parking to the house since it was drizzling rain, but worked out fine. We loaded/unloaded luggage with street parking. No issues at all.

We had a wonderful stay at this historic Victorian home. It's super close to downtown with bars and restaurants and cute shops. It's clean and comfortable. It was the perfect getaway for our group of friends.

A bunch of friends stayed for the Faster Horses festival in Brooklyn at MIS and it was great, the kitchen had everything you need and so much more the front porch was awesome for coffee in and morning and drinks at night, so much room in the bedrooms and three bathrooms!! We will be back next year

The house is amazing with tons of history to it! If you want to stay in an amazing house with a classic vibe about it, this how is perfect for you! Megan is on top of your stay from the time you book the property until you leave. She makes sure you have everything you need for an amazing and relaxing stay! I would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in Adrian with easy access to everywhere in the city

Megan was a great hostess and answered every question promptly. We had a wonderful time with our family in this large Victorian home. The stained glass windows were so beautiful, as well as original detail.. Our family found it very comfortable and intriguing.

This is a lovely house with all the comforts of home. We were surprised to find a (new) full bathroom in the attic on the 2nd night. I suppose we should have explored more the first day. LOL Several of the beds could use new mattresses but overall this is a gem. Will stay again!
