ā€œThis was the cheapest place I found and was surprised to discover that it was very nice looking and clean. New blankets, curtains, and bathroom floors made the place look very nice. There's still some work that needs to be done with worn-down furniture, towels, and the occasional paint job that is needed. Also the sink could have been a little cleaner. However, for the price that was charged, I felt this place was very charming and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it. ā€

ā€œGreat neighborhood, beautiful backyard, spacious house. The kitchen tools were a little lacking and the pots and pans were all severely scratched up Teflon or aluminum, which is a big health concern. The refrigerator water was stopped up by mold at the output. We drank bottled water the duration of our stay because of that. That needs to be addressed. There were board games, a ping pong table, and some kickballs outside. My kids enjoyed those. Overall, we enjoyed staying here. We would stay here...
