“The staff were very friendly from reception to dining, they were all happy to help and spoke english.
The hotel is situated off a busy road, which does have a good regular bus service for getting into the city centre. SO travel options are Bus, Taxi(can be expensive) or hire a car, you can walk but it is a few miles each way so not for the faint hearted.
Overall it was an enjoyable stay, good food and great staff.”
“To be fair, I didnt expect much but it was a very very very good stays. One of the best I had for a business trip. The reception allowed me to do an early check in, Elvira has been fantastic bringing me lots of water everyday. The location is decent. Everyone was super friendly and the price quality ratio was super super good. Recommended and will come again. ”

Sadly some hotel guests were less than pleasant & we saw too many people handle the food at breakfast & then return it.

“We had a relaxing and comfy experience of staying at Amazon hotel Baku recently.
All the staff and mainly the front desk manager Ali and Al Noal were really really helpful. The cleaning lady on our floor was such a smile person and was always there to provide with our needs.
Building and furnishings of the hotel need some looking after but staff tried to help in every way in their capacity. City's attractions can all be easily reached by a short taxi ride or about 30 min walk. Its located in...
