“La mejor experiencia en un hotel! ”

“People were smoking inside the rooms, even non smoking rooms and staff seemed to not care. The hallways reeked of cigarettes to the extent that the AC smelled like cigarettes as well. Breakfast food was good but other than that we would not recommend. Also the area is not great.”

“Our stay at the Intercontinental Beijing was absolutely wonderful. Everything was fabulous, and a big reason we decided to return was the outstanding daily service and attention from Danijel, especially in the restaurants. His professionalism and care made every meal a delight. Truly a spectacular experience all around!”

“I liked the morning staff because they were friendly. The afternoon staff at check-in was terrible. They insisted I find a stamp in my passport that I did not have, because I entered through the electronic lane the last time at the airport. They made me feel very stressed and worried that there was something wrong with my passport and this made me feel bad for the whole rest of the night.”

“Very modern rooms, friendly English speaking 24 hour reception who were always happy to help. Great room amenities. Great location, next to metro station so good access to the other parts of the city. Close enough to Sanlitun shopping areas without being directly in the super busy zone. All in all a wonderful experience. Thank you!”

“Buen hotel, bien ubicado y excelente servicio.”

“Nice staff for cleaning my room. Near the shopping center and restaurant. I love the clothe washer and dryer inside the room.”
