“Facilidades expectaculares y servicio de primera”

“First let me say the staff here are amazing. They did all they could to help us. This is not a 5 star hotel. The room we were given was not anything like the photos or IG photos shown. The staff did offer us an upgrade. This upgrade however had some issues. The air barely worked in the room. It took almost a full 24 hours to cool off. We did not sleep the first night. The place where breakfast is served is quite an obstacle to arrive at. Down to a low floor. Outside by pool and cross sky bridge...

“desde que llegue, la atencion del personal del turno de la noche, indiferente al viajero que llega x la madrugada cansado y sin ganas de discutir.la habitacion vieja y un poco descuidada.”

“Amazing staff and they try their best to take care of you and your stay. Location is great, accross from pacific mall and next to weekend market location. Double thumbs up to discovery family”

“The Hotel has music on every day until 12:00 and the rooms are not sound prove, room service was not keeping the room clean. The restaurant team was the only exception, very attentive and helpful. ”

“Room wifi was extreme bad each time i 've to go down to lobbyareato serve the net Water seepage thru concrete slab above my room bathroom big drop of dirty water dripping if someone is showering about my room at 06-14 This property need to rectify ASAP ”

“AC was perfect. Location was great for visiting friends and malls. Would stay here again”

“Safe did not work. AC barely worked. Food not good ”

“It was a horrible place. It was very dirty, smelled moldy and there were cockroaches that the staff wasn’t bothered with. The bedsheets were dirty and we could not get ourselves to lay on them. We tried everything to book a different hotel but because of so many events happening the same weekend, everything was booked. We called Expedia since the rooms did not look anything like the pictures we saw online. They were no help at all. We ended up spending 4 hours on phone till 12 midnight and I had...
