“Very close to Stratford Int’l, Westfield and walking distance to ABBA voyage venue and Westham football stadium. Tube and buses go everywhere. Initially we had issues to do the self check-in, but staff there were very friendly and helpful. We booked a room with a walk in shower without paying attention to details. It was a very large room and was good to know that something like that exists for people in wheelchairs.”

“Nos dieron una habitación donde no funcionaba la calefacción general con las bajas temperaturas del momento. nos ofrecieron un pequeño termostato. Ante nuestra insistencia, nos cambiaron de habitación. Además en el baño tampoco había una toalla para las manos o para los pies, para evitar mojar el suelo al salir de la ducha. Eso si, nos ayudaron a reservar un taxi para el camino de vuelta al aeropuerto”

“Voy a empezar desde un día antes de entrar, supuestamente te envían un email con el código de entrada 24 h antes, yo tuve que buscar el numero del propetario y escribirle para que me mandara el codigo porque a un par de horas antes de entrar todavia no me lo habia mandado, eso ya da que desconfiar. “We booked this as it was near Stratford and we were going to the theatre at Stratford East. It was a bit of a walk, but that was fine. The room served a purpose and was adequate, if you want tea/coffee in your room collect it from the reception area (there is a kettle in the room) bed linen and towels were fresh and clean and tbh we had a great nights sleep- there was no 'City View' but we had a lovely church to look at... all in all it served a purpose as previously said. ... needs some big...
