“Este hotel está muy bien por la calidad/precio. Sencillo y realmente a 3 o 4 minutos del aeropuerto atravesando la verja del Hilton, que es totalmente legal. Cada habitación incluye una funda con almohadas extra y es bastante espaciosa. Por decir algo negativo es que la bomba del váter no funcionaba del todo bien, le costaba cargar agua, pero por lo demás, es un chollazo ”

“The whole process of being able to stay there was awful.
I had emails asking me to verify my identity but no correct link sent.
I was threatened with a cancellation without refund desite the fact they had not given me the opportunity to do what they asked.
Having finally been sent a link I verified and arrived to be told this was very common.
At the property Fire Doors were constantly janmed open.”

“Room was extremely clean and in great condition. We both thought it was better than it looked on the website. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only thing was the bracket on the tv pulled out as far as possible gave a wierd tv angle but only a little thing. Overall would definitely recommend if visiting newcastle. ”
