“Description on Expedia of the property is inaccurate. This hotel is not on the beach and has no access to the beach at all. Will need to walk quite a distance to get to a nearby one which isn’t even suitable for swimming.
One star deducted for the rooftop swimming pool closing too early at 6PM which is when most guests are getting back to their rooms after exploring the city or whatever activities.”

The room have smell when check in. Some broken stuff but did not get fixed properly as bathroom and bedroom lock. The elevator is a nightmare, you maybe have to wait up to 20 mins.”

“The day before my stay, I contacted the property via WhatsApp to confirm check‑in details. I was told everything was fine and to call again once I arrived onsite. About ten minutes later, they messaged me saying they did not have the room type I had booked and fully paid for months in advance.
They gave me no alternative solution and simply told me to cancel through Expedia — even though the booking clearly stated that cancellation would result in most of the payment being withdheld. I tried...
