Upon arriving the deadbolt which is controlled by a key pad unlocked however, the doorknob was also locked. We called the number listed on VRBO and received tje automatic VRBO line and was extremely unhelpful. The fireplace on the outside porch was a very nice treat! The home has everything you need from lush bath towels, ample cookware, etc. the downstairs was a great play room for kids, with an air hockey table.
