- Air-conditioned and heated 130m2 apartment in a secure residence. Warm and modern, you can enjoy the calm while being close to the beach (5 minutes) and the great souk of Agadir (5 minutes on foot).
The accommodation is completely new and modern with all the necessary comforts for a pleasant holiday. You will have at your disposal:
- An equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, etc.).
- Two large bedrooms with a walk-in shower each.
- A laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer
- A bright and pleasant living room, with in particular a flat screen TV (140cm), a sofa and a dining room with a table for 6 people.
- Parking in front of the residence and a private garage for your car.
Public transport is nearby and taxis are plentiful in this area.
Exchange with travelers 7/7 by phone, sms or e-mail.
The area is very secure and quiet, ideally located for walking around Agadir or going to the beach, the souk and the city center by walking.
You will have access to the entire apartment.

Des vacances en famille
Nous avons passé 5 jours en vacances a Agadir. Le logement est très bien placé proche de la plage et du souk. On peut tout faire à pied. Tout est vraiment top. On a même été accompagné pour notre arrivée et notre depart. Le taxi prevu à l'aeroport est un vrai plus.Une location à prendre les yeux fermés

This property inside was very beautiful, convenient and perfect, one of the best airb&b we booked in Morocco. There are shops and market nearby. The rooms are spacious, bathrooms are very nice. It is a split level type property with kitchen living downstairs and bedrooms upstairs. There is a security in front of the building.If you are bringing a car: There was some confusion with parking, the listing mentioned garage parking but that was a typo. Parking in front of the building is not always available and stalls are small. Parking is available across the street but sometimes with its own challenges with paying people (not the host problem, but the garage parking would have solved it). There was a small issue being homeless people, dogs etc behind the building all the time so we could not open the window often as they engage negatively. Not a big deal but a little inconvenient with noise, smoking smells. Not necessarily a host issue, just society problem.
