For even greater comfort, the owners have provided a washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, cot, baby bath and baby chair.

Outside:
- A 6 m² east-facing terrace, equipped with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

Communal areas:
- The swimming pool, which is not heated, is shared by the residence. It is 50 m from the accommodation and is open from 15 June to 15 September. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change by the residence.

The flat is ideally located in Agde, just 3 km from the sea, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are nearby.
