Very close to Taj Mahal

I only wanted to see the Taj Mahal and this hotel it´s prefect for that, not expensive, very close to the site and they have a restaurant with good prices at the entrance, they even stored my luggage for some time the day i was leaving. That´s the good part, the bad part is that the shower didn´t have hot water all day, and even when it has it´s not that hot, and when I was leaving they saw that my uber didn´t arrived and they charge me a lot more for a taxi even after a day before they told me the price for such service (All of india it´s like that, but still watch out), that apart It´s a very good place to visit the Taj

Clean hotel and great location

Young man at the reception was particularly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fabulous. Well located, Taj Mahal is only a few minutes walk away. Good rooms. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay in Agra.

ok Hotel but be aware of services

The service was good but they seemed completely into make us book stuff with them. not helpfull in mater of our benefit. is well located and nice. restaurant was a bit disappinting

Disfrutado de mi visita

Ubicación, como otros críticos ya han señalado, es inmejorable, ya que está a pocos minutos a pie del taj mahal y muchas otras atracciones también están cerca. Personal era muy amable y acogedor. Especialmente un hombre joven que trabajaba en el mostrador de recepción, reservar billetes de entrada del taj para nosotros, para que pudiéramos evitar hacer cola al mediodía, gracias !!

Agradable estancia de una noche

Todo en este hotel es excelente. La ubicación era tan accesible a todos los sitios. Personal del hotel era amable y atractivo. Comida era muy buena y las habitaciones eran muy agradables con comodidad y decoraciones. En general, me volvería a alojar aquí para mi próximo viaje.

Una estancia genial

Zona tranquila y conveniente con mucha atracción a poca distancia. El servicio era profesional y atento, pero también muy amable y agradable - justo. Y la habitación era tan bueno y limpio.

el hotel tiene una ubicación excelente, muy cerca de la puerta este del Taj. sin embargo, esa es su única cualidad. la habitación muy pequeña y el baño incómodo y sucio.

Definitely recommend to others

Beautiful, neat and clean rooms which make this hotel special because it is a normal budget hotel. The entire staff was dedicated, warm and enthusiastic. Hotel provides free WiFi that was good and worked perfectly throughout our stay. I booked a standard room for three persons, which was a little small, but got upgraded to a deluxe double room which was bigger than the first one.

Great value; excellent location

Excellent location. Near Taj Mahal. Stayed here for one night and we were very pleased. Staff were very attentive. Rooms were nice and the bed was very comfortable. Great value.

Loved our stay

We had recently stayed here for a night and couldn't have been happier. Staff was really helpful and spoke English really well. The hotel provided extra bottle waters when requested. The hotel also arranged a tour of Taj Mahal for us which was an amazing experience. We loved the location. It is a short walk to the Taj Mahal and other places and  is easy to get around from the hotel.

Not quite what you see in the photos

We stayed in this hotel for one night and was glad it wasn’t more. The rooms on first inspection aren’t exactly what you expect. It’s probably what the hotel looked like A decade or 2 ago. But it’s acceptable for the price. The main concern was the burn marks around the plugs and luckily our electronics were fully charged. In first inspection the room room looked clean enough, but when we got a little more settled I started noticing bits which weren’t right, stains on one of our towels, a slight tea stain look on the bed and a mirror which hadn’t been cleaned for some time. The stay was made worse by the extremely noisy family next door. However the staff were brilliant when I went down at 11pm to ask the room next door if they could be a little quieter. They rang straight away and apologised to me for the noise and being unable to sleep. Other than that the room was lovely and quiet and we couldn’t hear any of the traffic noise outside! It was a massive positive to the room.

The property is very near to Taj Mahal, 8-10 min walk only. Though the room was big, the electrical equipments and sockets were faulty or not functional. The bathroom was not clean and the faucets were old and dirty. For the price Expedia charged, the overall experience was very poor. Our driver told us that there are better hotels nearby Taj about half the price we paid. We feel like we got ripped off.

Décevant. Personnel peu réactif. Petit déj Nul.

Décevant. On avait réservé trois chambres pour une nuit pour quatre adultes et trois enfants. On arrive tard le soir. L’eau de la douche n’était pas très chaude. Le lendemain quand on arrive pour le petit déjeuner, il n’y avait strictement rien de prévu. On a du attendre une demi-heure pour être servi le stricte minimum. Une tasse de thé remplie à moitié, impossible d’en avoir encore. Ils oublient la commande d’un chocolat chaud, et nous disent qu’il faut 20 minutes pour en faire un, alors qu’on a déjà pris du retard à cause d’eux. On avait pourtant payé le double du tarif habituel à cause de la fin d’année. Hôtel certes à proximité du Taj Mahal, mais à éviter si possible.

It Says Breakfast Included. There was two option only Alu Paratha and Pasta. Outside Foods are not allowed. Resturant does not accepts the Card Transaction its only Cash. Very Bad bedsheets and cover. TV was operating but no channels to view. I would suggest not to recommend this hotel in future.

Near Taj Mahal. Great location

Good hotel within walking distance of the Taj Mahal. Near souvenir shops and cafes. Friendly staff. Interesting room design. But the room is not very soundproofed. Also the floor is not clean. The ventilation system does not work well in the bath. But overall a good hotel and great location.

I booked a deluxe double room with view for 3 nights six months in advance. I arrived at 10pm after a 6 hour train trip. I was given a room with double bed and an absolutely disgusting bathroom and no view. The bathroom sink couldn't be turned off and water just flowed all night. Elsewhere water dripped all night. Bathroom floor wet all night. It was a ground floor room and down hall people talking loudly and banging all night in foyer area. Next morning I demanded a new room and staff happily provided room on 1st floor with window onto side street. This room was quite suitable for the price except mattress was so hard sleep was very difficult. If given this room first night I would have made no complaint and happy with this hotel. No explanation or apology given by hotel. Location was good, a/c good, WiFi good, safe area, walking distance to Taj Mahal. Restaurant was okay but very slow service even when no other customers. On 1st floor room shower wets whole bathroom floor and it stays wet. Sheets were yellow and stained but probably cleaned and just very old. Not sure of better offerings in accommodation in Agra. But if choose this hotel avoid ground floor room.
