“Llegamos hacer el check in y la persona en mostrador muy grosera, creo que hasta le molestaba que le preguntaras algo, no nos había tocado algo parecido aquí en Japón, pero el personal del restaurante monkey muy amables, en el primer piso del hotel puedes rentar todo los que necesites para esquiar y las pistas las tienes a pasos eso hizo que la estancia fuera más agradable ”

“Incredibly clean and hygienic place, I’ve stayed there before and loved it! Super close to the ski resort, onsen visit is included, they have storage for your ski/ snowboard equipment as well as free laundry. The showers are amazing as well as the room heaters. I love staying here and I will be returning next year :) might just be an annual trip! They also have a great kitchen setup, along with Beer on draft! Thank you so much! Highly recommend!! 😊”

“This was a gem for our ski trip. Before checkin the staff was very helpful with transportation suggestions and questions. Because the road to the hotel is not drivable in the winter you call the hotel from the parking/bus area and they come and pick you up via snowmobile, this in itself was a fun experience for my son. The room was quite, clean, and had the right amenities. The food was Japanese but very good and staff ensures dietary restrictions are met. ”
