“Location was convenient. General neighborhood was a little rough around the edges. The refrigerator ice maker was not working. The vertical safety bar in master bath is loose at the bottom. The outdoor grill could use cleaning. Instruction sheet is clear and easy to understand. Interior of home was clean, and we believe home was overall good value and met our needs.”

“Big AC didn’t work so bedroom was warm but living area was cold with ac in that room. ”
