Grand Palace Hotel Butuan
The hotel needs to invest in cockroach bait so I need not kill the small ones. Hot water was available after request. Couch was hard, bed was good, tv is large, aircon was strong, and breakfast was good. Nice stay for Butuan and inexpensive. Great all you can eat on the corner.

Wow. I did not realize I’d find such an elegant yet affordable hotel on Mindanao. Everything was perfect from the staf to the last minute accommodations for an unplanned additional guest to free airport shuttle service, right down to the added touch of our towels being folded into kissing swans. ...

Diodeth's Apartments
Property is down a small muddy dirt road and is at a different place than what's listed on the website. The TV wasn't working our entire stay despite numerous calls and messages. We also had a few water leaks so we had no running water for 12 or more hours.
