“There was No Reservation known online for me at the Hotel and there were Not seeing any Reservation. I Had to pay again with Cash, Hotel Said that they don't operate online. I was made to pay again by Cash.
It will be nice to refund my Money Back ON my Account.”

“I think they can do better. First was assigned the wrong room which they corrected, then they assured me of a refund and checked me out early due to an emergency then did not approve the refund through Expedia as was promised. Overall, the resort is beautiful and very private but out of town (about 40 minutes from Kisumu town).”

“The food is amazing. The entire staff is extremely professional, especially everyone in the restaurant. The hotel has a very unique design. The hallways and various sitting areas throughout the hotel look very homely (in a good way). From the pool area, to the huge bar lounge, etc, there are many soft chairs and couches to relax.
The 1st room we stayer in very outdated and needs renovations. However, the next day we were put in a different room and it was much nicer. The beds are large and...
