“Really nice area to be in. The staff were very friendly even though we only know a little bit of German. The rooms were nice and reasonably big and there was plenty of parking even though they were quite busy. The breakfast buffet they served was great and they had enough of all the food for everyone. ”

“We spent five nights in this unique hotel with a fascinating history. It is set by the River Lahn in the beautiful spa town of Bad Ems. The facilities such as the thermal pool were superb and we made full use of them. The staff could not have been more helpful, the room was really clean and comfortable and the food excellent. It is unashamedly old-fashioned but is full of character and we had a superb holiday there. Highly recommended!”

“hard to describe the experience as we arrived in Frankfurt after 7 P.M. and didn't get on the road till 8 it was getting dark and finding this small village was very difficult for someone not familiar with the area. Didn't arrive till almost 11 no one there fortunately the door was unlocked and the room key was on the desk. No one up in the morning so no interaction at all !”
