Located on the ground floor of a residence, it can accommodate up to 4 travelers and offers a pleasant living environment: large modern and bright living room, open kitchen with central island, two 2 bedrooms, and direct access to a private garden of 300 m2 with shaded terrace, garden furniture and BBQ (Weber) gas.

The place is particularly quiet. All rooms open directly onto the terrace and garden thanks to large French windows. The apartment faces west and enjoys a pleasant configuration in summer (it is not too hot).

The first bedroom has a double bed 160, while the second bedroom offers a double bed 140, offering comfortable sleeping spaces for all travelers. Storage space is provided for your belongings. The entire accommodation is designed for a practical and carefree stay. Each room is equipped with a reversible air conditioning system, there is also a large portable fan. You will benefit from Wifi (fiber optic). Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
