Maison Aix en Provence

Enjoy with family or friends our spacious and comfortable house with multiple possibilities.

We are offering for the 1st time for rent our house during our holidays this summer.
Only 2 weeks are available, for a question of ease of management, we have favored a minimum stay of 7 days from Saturday to Saturday and offer a discount for the reservation of the 2 weeks.
The accommodation
The house is the main house of the property, the 2nd being occupied by our parents (very discreet, separate entrances and houses separated by hedges + an unoccupied studio)

It is composed of an old part and its more recent extension is modern.
With a surface area of 150m², it is almost on one level (1 bedroom upstairs) and each room is air-conditioned.

- Recent game:
* Living room, kitchen, dining room: about 65m², fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, Thermomix, cookeo and everything you need to cook at your disposal, living room: sofa bed (2 potential seats in addition), TV with freebox, playstation 3 with some games; dining room: table with 6 chairs + 4 folding chairs available

* Master suite with shower room + WC: 160x200 bed, wardrobes and dressing table

* Laundry room: washing machine, dryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board + everything you need to clean

- Old part:
* Children's bedroom (20m²): 1 single bed 1/2 120x190 + possibility of adding 1 single bed, small desk, dressing room, games and books for young children
* Upstairs bedroom (21m²): above the children's bedroom 1 bed 160x200 with large wardrobe and desk
* Shower room + WC
* WC
* American fridge, vacuum cleaner and storage

In addition to the beds mentioned above, we can provide a 1-person futon mattress, the rooms are rather spacious, you can add it without any problem.

A 16m² veranda has been converted into a gym with a weight bench, dumbbells and weights, punching bag, punching bag, Roman chair.
A large south-facing terrace with pergola (which will be covered with a canvas) is decorated with a table and chair set for 8 people (a table and 4 folding chairs are also available if needed)
A large gas BBQ.
At your disposal to refresh yourself: an INTEX 4X2m above-ground tubular pool (about 1m water height) with tarpaulin, filtration system, vacuum cleaner, removable ladder, 2 deckchairs.
For your leisure activities: a ping-pong table, a basketball hoop, 3 adult bikes and 2 children's bikes (6 to 10 years old), the north alley along the house can easily be used as a bowling green.
A large plot of land of about 1000m²
For golf enthusiasts, we are adjacent to the Golf d'Aix en Provence.

We are pleased to welcome you to our home and we want you to enjoy your holiday to the fullest.
On the other hand, for the well-being of the neighborhood, we will ask you not to party and to respect a certain volume in the evening after 10 p.m

Regarding the amenities:
- Bus stop 200m away
- Small business parks (Eguilles and Aix Ouest) 2 minutes by car with small shops and convenience supermarkets; shopping malls (Géant Casino and Carrefour) a few minutes further
- Access to all motorways in less than 10 minutes
