The accommodation comprises
- A 15 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed (140x190), dining area and a fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, induction hob...
- Bathroom with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A swimming pool (shared, unheated) open from 15 May to 15 September, secure with changing room and WC.

The studio is ideally located in Aix-les-Bains, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park (located 500 m away, on Boulevard de la Roche du Roi).
