## Space

On the 1st floor of a secure residence, the apartment has an entrance fitted out to make you feel comfortable and leads to the large main room composed of:

- a new and modern kitchen equipped with all the essential equipment (fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, hob, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery, utensils and cookware...) and much more (dishwasher, blender, raclette machine...)

- a comfortable living room with sofa, armchairs, coffee tables, TV screen and TV cabinet

- a dining room with a table and six chairs

From here, you will have access to the west-facing balcony, where you will have a table with six chairs and a small garden furniture.

From the living room, you will also access a room used as an office/2nd living room or a 3rd bedroom with a sofa bed with a real 140x190cm mattress, a retractable desk and a shelf/wardrobe.

On the bedroom side, from the entrance hall, you will access the 2 master bedrooms, each of which has a large closet/wardrobe:
- One has a king-size bed 180x200cm
- The other has 2 single beds 90x200cm that can be twinned to form a King-size bed 180x200 cm (request must be made at the time of booking)

Finally, you will have:
- a bathroom with vanity unit, bathtub and washing machine
- independent toilet

As a bonus, for your comfort:
- You will have a private parking space in the basement
- The accommodation has a Wi-Fi internet connection
- Bed linen and towels are provided and installed

Important notes:
- Check-in and check-out times can be flexible except in case of cross-arrival and departure.
- As the handover of the keys is not autonomous, we ask for an extra charge of 15€ for arrivals between 8pm and 9.30pm, 30€ from 9.30pm and 50€ after midnight.

The apartment is ideally located in Aix-Les-Bains:

- On foot, you will be 2 minutes from the 1st bakery and 15 minutes from the 1st glocery.

-A 5-minute walk from the magnificent Lake of Bourget so dear to the poet Lamartine, the largest natural lake in France, support for a wide variety of water activities (sailing, kitesurfing, water skiing, rowing, paddle, kayaking, cruising...).

-5 minutes by car from the city center of Aix les Bains, Riviera of the Alps, city dedicated to well-being and tourism with its cultural and historical sites, its thermal baths, its spas, its restaurants, its casinos and its 18-hole golf course (a bus line serves the city center every hour)

- A 20-minute drive from the city of Chambéry, the historic capital of Savoy, rich in a ducal past and a wide architectural heritage

- 35 minutes by car from Annecy, the "Venice of the Alps" with its charming old town and natural lake

- A 40-minute drive from the Bauges Massif Regional Nature Park where you can practice alpine skiing, Nordic skiing, skating, sledging, snowshoeing, cycling, hiking, paragliding, with the resorts of Savoie Grand Revard (with La Féclaz) and Aillons-Margériaz

Aix-Les-Bains is very well served: - one hour from Lyon, Geneva, Grenoble by the Alpine motorway network.
- its train station served by the TGV leads to Paris in three hours.- 10 minutes from the small airport of Chambéry and 1 hour from the airports of Lyon or Geneva.- Several bus lines also allow you to reach the city at different times of the day.
