Located near Westney and Kingston Road, it's close to restaurants, shopping, everything you could want, but tucked away on a quiet side street, so no noise or traffic. “Very nice, quiet, and convenient neighbourhood. Close to any amenities I could need or want. The host was very polite and was there anytime I had any questions. I would definitely stay here again.”

“We stayed at this basement apartment for one night and decided not to stay for the second night because of several issues that made our stay uncomfortable. The biggest problem was the lack of adequate heating. The basement was very cold, and there was no thermostat to control the temperature. A portable heater was provided, but its controls were broken and it did not produce enough heat to keep the room warm. We were also disappointed with the cleanliness. “Beautiful layout of space and convenient area. Very friendly, clean and quiet. The kitchen is stocked with essentials and the bathroom/shower had clean towels, face cloths and shampoo/conditioner/soap.The bathroom situation is definitely best for couples, single individuals or families with very small children as it is quite literally the closet in the bedroom. Well worth the price and will stay on my radar for future visits! Thank you for the hospitality.”
