Great place to stay. Close to stores and restaurants. Just had lots of stuff to use in the kitchen which was very helpful for a family to stay. Host was very nice and helpful as well! Would stay again!

Laila was a great host. Check in and check out were easy, all questions asked were answered quickly and clearly, clean and welcoming space that had all the necessities we needed.

This was such a lovely place to spend a week. The apartment was beautifully decorated, peaceful, comfortable and incredibly well thought out. It felt welcoming from the moment I arrived. The kitchen deserves special mention—it was the most well-stocked kitchen I have ever found in a rental, with everything I could possibly need. The bed was wonderfully comfortable as well, making it easy to truly rest at the end of the day. One of my favourite parts of the stay was the outdoor porch space. I spent time there working on my creative endeavours, enjoying the fresh air, the quiet surroundings and the simple pleasure of having a peaceful place to think, create and recharge. It made the week feel especially restorative. Laila was an absolute gem and, without question, the most attentive host I have ever had. She was thoughtful, kind and clearly cared about making sure her guests were comfortable and well looked after. The entire week was a pleasure, and I left feeling rested, refreshed and very grateful for the experience. I would not hesitate to return.

Very tastefully decorated. Well equipped. Comfortable bed and seating arrangement. Very clean. Quiet.Screened in porch with furnishings to enjoy a good book. Close to the 401 and several shopping areas within 10 min drive. Quiet neighborhood. Very helpful host in site

Very quiet and convenient. Not expensive. Great host that live upstairs. But we used it only for the we but be aware that it serves as a day care during the week.

The place is very good. Private, cute and secured. The host is pleasant and popped by to say hi. The kitchen is provided with full size fridge, gas, microwave, oven. Place is nicely staged and clean. The place is very close to the Pickering beach to enjoy your stay. The place has great covered patio. I stayed with my child and would prefer to stay at this place again.

A comfy getaway

A friend & I had a two-nite stay in this spacious one bedroom unit in the home's lower level of a quiet suburban Ajax neighborhood, with an outside screened-in sitting area overlooking the backyard garden and forested area behind. This recently renovated unit is as all pictures show, with tasteful décor, excellent shower and water pressure, kitchen well-supplied with sufficient appliances, dishes, glassware and cutlery to cook meals. Our only regret is that the double bed is only accessible on one side and felt small. Laila was accommodating and readily available to us by text if we had questions.
