“The room was clean, the bathroom and shower were a bit run down but usable. If you plan to ski or eat at Nozawa Onsen it makes it very difficult. The first shuttle from Togario Onsen to Nozawa is at 9:24am and the last one was o round 4pm. No taxi after 6, so you cannot eat dinner in Nozawa staying here. While it is not the hotels responsibility, it made dining options very limited. The front desk staff was unfriendly, apart from the hosts wife who tired her best to arrange accommodation. ”

We provided everything we have including death certificate but the facility insisted the whole prepaid fees in full are not refundable. “Second time using Nozawa Dream central. Location is excellent. Staff ALWAYS go above and beyond to help. Special shout out to Cora! Extremely helpful! Staff also understand the nuances to blending the Japanese +/- western resort experience. Rooms are traditional tatami style, so just be aware after a few days of sending it, our lumbered western bodies may take a hit getting up and down from the mats. “Lawson is 2 min walk. Onsen is great We stayed on top floor 5th floor, lift only goes to 4th floor unfortunately, so carry up luggage 25 steps.
