“This was one of the most beautiful and peaceful places we have ever stayed. The lounge was filled with tasty treats and drinks in the afternoons and outside was a beautiful area with a foot bath. The hot springs were wonderful and the kaiseki dinners were amazing. The hotel staff members were very accommodating and gracious when dealing with a mixup about the reservation. “We had a room with half board and enjoyed the 24 hr Natural hot spring within the hotel. Free shuttle to the bus station after check out was helpful as it snowed the night before ”

“久々の旅館で本当によかったです。 おもてなしの、感じがところどころにありました。旅館の方みなさん挨拶がありました。 こんなところ未だに、なかったです。 誕生日祝いもあって伺ったのですが、メッセージカードを用意してもらいました。ご厚意で写真と貸し切り風呂のプレゼントを、いただき本当にありがたかったです。 建物が横長で、色々なゾーンがありそこには歴史を感じることのできる写真や文があり、よかったです。 温泉は最高です！全然違いました！トゥルントゥルンになります！ 極め付けは食事！ボリューム満点！一つひとつが手が込んでて、美味しい！ しゃぶしゃぶお腹いっぱいでした。朝食の温泉卵もよかった！ 朝の時間帯はお茶もご馳走になり、ゆっくりできました。 お部屋は、生花が綺麗で、お茶菓子に、大福美味しかったです。 晴れた日の蔵王連山の景色は格別です！ お部屋の壁が薄いのか、音が響きやすく隣の人の声が聞こえるのは悲しかったです、、、 あと洗濯ができればよかったなぁと、 でも、遠くからきてここに泊まれたことは思い出です！！！！！また来たいです！”
