The Space

Three comfortable queen bedrooms give everyone their own space to unwind after a day of travel, sightseeing, or hospital visits. The open living area features plush seating, and a flat-screen TV — a great spot to unwind as a group, and we keep board games on hand for a rainy afternoon or a low-key game night in. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook for the group rather than eat out every meal, with a dining table that seats six.

Location

North Hill puts you close to everything without the downtown price tag. You're roughly a 4-minute drive to the Cuyahoga River, 5 minutes to the University of Akron, and 6 minutes to the Akron Civic Theater — with Akron-Fulton International Airport about 13 minutes away. The neighborhood itself is known locally as Akron's International District, home to a great cluster of Nepali, Bhutanese, and Vietnamese restaurants right along E Cuyahoga Falls Ave, plus the original Swensons Drive-In — Akron's most famous burger stop — just minutes from the door. Downtown Akron, Akron Children's Hospital, and Cleveland Clinic Akron General are all under 5 miles away.

Guest Access

You'll have access to the entire home, with simple self check-in via keypad — your code is sent ahead of arrival, so there's no need to coordinate a meet-up.

Pets

We're genuinely dog-friendly, not just pet-tolerant. We welcome small pets for a $100/stay fee (up to 2 dogs); please let us know the type and size before booking. Excessive pet hair beyond normal wear incurs a $200 cleaning fee — we just ask that pets stay off the furniture.

We keep this home clean, comfortable, and ready for your group, and we respond quickly if you need anything during your stay.
