“This was the most comfortable cottage in every way! The beds were extremely comfortable, the living room furniture was cozy, closet space and storage amenities were excellent, bathrooms had tons of space and really nice shower-heads. The kitchen had everything you need. The whole unit was VERY clean! Felt like home. The neighborhood is so cute and has nice pools too. Brannon was an excellent host and very helpful to our family. Thanks for a great trip! ”

“This was our first get away together and using vrbo. I couldn’t imagine it being any better! It was a peaceful, relaxing, wonderful experience. Thank you so much!!!”

“Home was clean, stocked and as advertised! Host was available as needed (trouble shooting the TV). Only nuances, the neighborhood is run down, neighbors had very noisy dogs - while the home was pet friendly, eveytime we took our dog out the neighbor dogs barked continuously. Not the hosts fault, maybe a privacy fence or some privacy landscaping could help. We had two families one with a baby, the layout is tight, so if baby was up, so was everyone else. Last comment, says it sleeps six. But...

“We had a great Memorial Day weekend stay! The house was immaculate, and we loved the little pond by it as well as being able to walk across the street to float and kayak at Lake Martin.Communication with the owner was exemplary, and checking in and checking out was easy.We definitely recommend this property and would love to be able to book it again!”

“If I could give Jenny (the host) extra stars I would. She was incredibly helpful answering my many questions (not least the measurements of the tables in the house so I knew what size tablecloths to get!) The property is very pretty and peaceful and an easy drive to AU. Publix minutes away. We live out of state but wanted to host extended family for graduation weekend, 11 adults aged 20-81 yrs. The Pond House gave us room to spread out *and* be together--much better than separate hotel rooms....
