“We couldn’t even check in. We walked into the room at 4:00 and the room hadn’t been clean. Cigar butts on the floor. Food and trash everywhere. House smelled like marijuana smoke. We had 3 children with us and were not staying in a smoke filled room. Property manager couldn’t do anything. Didn’t have any other rooms. I will be waiting on my refund but they are complaining about that as well. Horrible experience. Host/owner had nothing to say. To apology, nothing. Truly should be ashamed of...
