“The room was very clean. Bathroom was spotless, shining even. The room included a coffee maker, microwave, and small fridge, but other than storing some leftovers in the fridge, I never used them because the breakfast was so generous and the coffee pot in the lobby was always available. No charge for parking and plenty of room. The hotel was very close to the Optiplex, where I was going. All in all, a very nice stay.”

“It was unique, a little hip/funky, beautiful, comfortable and well-situated in the middle of downtown Florence. I note that I could hear the bar and music, but the bar closed around 10:00, when I went to bed. It took a little while to get hot water, but then it was fine. There needs to be better instructions to operate the (useful!) electronic devices & it would help to tell people that registration is at the bar.”
