"No entiendo la nota tan alta de este hotel. La mujer en recepción es cero amable. VIP Status no reconocido. La cabaña es grande pero las amenidades son de baja calidad. La pintura de la sala tiene humedad. Hay 2 paños para 4 personas (nos dimos cuenta en la noche cuando regresamos a dormir). El hotel permite daypass de 10 am a 10pm entonces siempre está llenísimo de gente que no es del hotel. Las peronas llevan parlantes y comida y es un desorden En la noche algunas de las piscinas pequeñas quedan oscuras y las parejitas aprovechan y observamos actos indecorosos e inadecuados (tengan en cuenta que hay muchos niños ). No hubo personal del hotel disponible para controlar esto. La mujer encargada de las toallas es groserísima. Incapaz de contestar el saludo o de contestar una simple pregunta de buen manera. El desayuno bueno. Amplio y el personal del restaurante amable. Las áreas verdes hermosas No regresaría y no lo recomiendo"
