“We had such a great time here! Me and my two sons with a great family friend and his two sons loved the property. We were apprehensive at first when we discovered there was no AC, but opening windows that had screens along with the ceiling fans, the night really cooled off nicely. Erika, the local concierge, was very sweet and answered all of our questions. She even brought up a personal poker set for us to use at night!”

“Very private, peaceful & beautiful home and property about 10 mins outside of La Fortuna. The home is well stocked with anything you might need. Outside pool area with hammocks is made for relaxing!! AC worked very well! Individual bedrooms off the pool allow for much privacy but they are only accessible from the pool area and not from within the main house. The grounds keeper showed me a two and three toed sloth that lives on the property. Highly recommend.”

“Clean with everything we needed in a small kitchenette. Also a few extras like a luxurious outdoor shower! The veranda was a relaxing hangout spot, bring your mosquito repellent. Appreciate the short trail attached to the property, was able to do some short birding hikes. The owner is an amazing gardener, tropical plantings all around. “This house is lovely! It is a few minutes outside of town. It is just far enough away for some peace and quiet but close enough for easy access to everything in town. The house and property were immaculate. The kitchen has everything we needed - stovetop, toaster oven, coffee maker. “Location was good. We felt safe and it was easy to find. Beds/bedding was in good shape. The layout of the house was a bit "odd" but no problems or issues. We had some insects in the house (mostly ants). I assume that's jungle living and it wasn't an issue. ”
