Not only is this hotel right in the city and is located perfect, but the rooms were also very nice as well and the staff here was so amazing. They made us feel welcome, safe and were very helpful! Special thanks to Huseyin and Murat for for being so helpful and nice to us. We really loved being here and would definitely choose to stay here the next time we visit Alanya

Çok konforlu ve temiz bir konaklama

Otel çok temiz ve konforluydu. Lokasyonu çok iyiydi, direkt barlar sokağında yer alıyor. Otopark bu bölgede biraz sıkıntı ama otelin yakınında bir kapalı otopark var, uygun fiyatlı ve yer bulunabiliyor. Oteldeki tek konforsuz şey yastıklardı :) tekrar Alanya’ya gelirsem bu oteli tercih ederim.

Best location in town

The best thing is the location of the hotel. Its located near the harbour, near the beach, near the Grand Bazaar, near alot of shops, restaurants and cafées and near the bar street. The rooms are very spacious but pretty basic. The claening is OK. The view from the balcony was just towards another nearby building and the backside of a street, so it was not a good view. There was a very small safety box in the room but I was asked to pay 3 euro per night if I wanted to use it.

Stinky filthy public areas smelling of toilet

The room itself was great with a few problems. The balcony overlooking park and Sea was an incredible location. And the room was clean and odour free. The entrance lobby had an overwhelming stink of cat pee and the filthy sofa was always occupied by a different cat. The hotel manager firmly positioned himself there daily and was not known to move off his cell phone even with guests present waiting. The terrible odour was mentioned and nothing was done. The smell also extended to elevator and on several occasions the pee in corridors was mentioned. Sometimes cleaned sometimes not. A clogged flush took 29 hours to fix when a plunger was only tool required. Frustrated I asked for one and manager said hotel didn’t have one. Only the night manager offered to move me to another room until repair was made. Manager offered no relief. Television was unplugged for entire 2 week diration, despite house staff and night manager trying to plug it in, there was an outlet blockage that the manager kept promising to fix and didn’t. The hotel is in an ideal location and the rooms good. Poor management, filthy public area conditions ruins a perfectly acceptable property. Excuse given for cat stench is that the park is a cat park. With exception of the restaurant and hotel not a single other business bordering the park had any cat toilet smell. Not even the park smells!

Vært på hotellet tidligere og var egentlig fornøyd første gangen tross mye easy-fix av håndtverk på rommet, mye som faller fra hverandre/ned fra vegger som dorull holder og hårføner. Men denne gangen meldte vi ifra 3 ganger om en helt forferdelig stank fra toalettet. Første gangen gadd de ikke gjøre noe som helst, andre gang kom en utrolig søt vaskedame og skrubbet omtrent hele badet for oss, noe som desverre ikke hjalp da lukten kom fra selve toalettet/rørene. Vaskedamen var den mest service innstilte og hjelpsomme på hele hotellet kontra de i resepsjonen. Vi måtte omtrent krangle oss til å få muligheten til å bytte hotellrom, men måtte pent vente til dagen etter tross at lukten var så dårlig at vi brakk oss og badet var ubrukelig. Når vi da skulle bytte rom dagen etter var det plutselig for sent å vi valgte å sjekke ut en dag før planlagt å heller finne noe annet.

Fint sted, desværre tager det noget fra oplevelsen at værelset lugtede af røg. Ærgerligt når det var så fine værelser. Der var live musik indtil over midnat, så heller ikke nemt at sove selvom alle døre og vinduer var lukkede

Hadde et fantastisk opphold på Karikatur Bi hotell. Rommet var stort og veldig rent og pent. Vaskedamene var helt fantastiske og ga en veldig god service! Jeg hadde rom i 3 etg og hadde utsikt ut mot parken, helt fantastisk. Hotellet ligger i sentrum, så du har alt du trenger rett utenfor døra. Frokosten var god, så kan anbefale og bestille det også.

Cok güzel! Perfect view, clean room, new and comfy. Nice people working there. Good service also for room service from karikatur bi kafé with nice food. We have been there many times, and still good and awesome.

Beautiful hotel in a central location

I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The cleanliness was perfect. The staff were so welcoming and extremely polite and helpful. I will be going back to stay there again in a few weeks taking some friends with me. The whole experience was excellent
