Great communication. Amazing view. The lake is right there! The house is cozy and setup to enjoy. Comfortable for 2 couples. Our pup loves it there.

For starters this is a mobile home - somewhat clean, minus the roach in the wash machine. The property is long past its prime - beds, linens & sheets are beyond basic. Owner didn’t tell us that the lake was down 3-4 ft which made the boat dock & boat ramp unusable (note huge stump in middle of boat ramp). Nearly zero water pressure & my iPad had a bigger screen. Overall it was fine, but significantly overpriced!

This is our second time staying here. We love the place view is great. Fishing is excellent right off the dock.

Advertised as having a boat ramp. I asked the host in advance and was told we would need to check it out. The ramp could not be used for my skeeter zx190. It would accommodate a John boat or equivalent size.For the price, we’ve found BETTER properties. Says sleeps 7, and will, except hot water will only provide for 1/2 shower at a time. Oven would not stay heated to 350. Would not recommend.

Great Weekender

Great stay on the water

We were looking for a reasonably priced place to stay on the water for my teenage boys to fish and hang out, this was a perfect spot. We made use of the fire pit overlooking the water and private dock. Was able to book a guided fishing tour and enjoyed wetting a line on the lake. House was clean with all of the necessities. Overall, I will be booking here again and highly recommend it.

Beautiful, secluded house on a quiet cove of the lake

We had a wonderful stay at this lake house. It was just as stated - very secluded, lovely, and peaceful. The house was very nice and had everything we needed. If you are looking for a place to unplug and enjoy the quiet lake life, this fits the bill. The loudest thing you will hear are the birds.

What a Gem

My Husband & Son came to Lake Fork for the annual Elliotts Electric Bass Tournament. The property is absolutely perfect as it has a boat ramp on premises. The waterfront home is perfect with great views of the water and we definitely would stay here again.

private cabin, but not what the description stated. Boat dock and launch blocked with some one else's boat so couldn't use it. No cancelation clause caused a lot of problems.Will not use this booking again.

Very comfy

Very nice comfortable place. Loved being right on the water with dock and ramp which is a bit steep so not for large pontoons like ours. It was nice having all the amenities as home. My only suggestions would be new nonstick cookware and branch trimming on the back deck. Having a fish cleaning station was great also. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Place to Stay

First time to the lake and we really enjoyed staying in this house. Owners very nice and tentative to our needs - best kitchen setup ever. All we needed to put on some nice dinners and brunches. Plenty of porch space for morning yoga and evening sunsets - fire pit perfect for after dark samples. Local vegetable stand 10 min away too don’t miss the ice creams-5 star for sure we will be back

To start off, we had no internet the whole time we were there. We were told the tower was down, but it showed the neighbors Internet was up and running. We could not use the private boat ramp, as described on the page. It did not look safe to launch a boat from. We had to drive into town and pay to launch our boat which was a big inconvenience. The only reason we booked this place was because it had a private boat ramp. And the fishing dock was super small and lots of overgrown weeds and tree branches hanging all over the house and drive way. Which one big branch almost fell over our truck and boat parked on the driveway the first night. There was no rain or winds when that happened. We had all the doors closed but somehow bugs still managed to get inside the house, they were all over the lights in the kitchen and dining area. My wife was not too happy about that. We would hope to get some kind of compensation for the inconvenience, but we have not heard anything back from the owners as of yet, please make this right.
