OURZ - Close to the beach

  • ‘OURZ’ is a modern 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom holiday home within walking distance to the very popular Middleton Beach.

    Across the road from the Middleton Beach Bowling Club, and only a short distance from Eyre Park where the kids can run and play to their hearts content. There are also plenty of great eating places near OURZ.

    For those into golf, it’s only a short drive to the Albany Golf Club.

    If you’re into walking then the walk from Middleton Beach to Emu Point is sure to please you whether you wish to walk along the track or along the beach.

    ‘OURZ’ sleeps 8, being 1 king bed in the main bedroom, 1 queen & a single in the second bedroom and 1 double with single above (like a bunk) in third bedroom.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Middleton beach. Lots of room for three generations and walking Distance beach. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment and it was good having two bathrooms.

Just a short stroll to Middleton beach. Perfect location if you want to stay a little bit away from the hustle and bustle but still a short drive to shops etc. House was perfect for our Family of 6. The house was clean, very organised and large enough for our family. My only recommendation would be to bring any takeaway containers with lids etc if you plan on doing any day trips.

We had an amazing stay at this holiday house near Middleton Beach! The location was perfect — just a short walk to the beach.The house was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The beds were cozy, and the outdoor area was great for relaxing in the evenings. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy Albany — we’d definitely love to come back.

Excellent holiday place for families

Location, facilities, beds and amenities was fantastic. Recommend this place - a lovely walk to the beach, close to park with flying fox and loads to do and see, with lovely restaurants and bars too

My Family had a relaxing time close to the city and beach, traveled to the Gap and Natural bridge, The Blowholes , went to Denmark went to Elephant Rock and a few other beaches

Great location and well equipped

My kids loved the foosball table and played it constantly. The couch is super comfy and the living and dining area is roomy. The easy access to the side of the property is great for returning from the beach and fishing. There are great places to eat, just a short walk away and we all enjoyed our time in the park adjacent where my kids played basketball and on the zipline. Thanks for another great stay here, would highly recommend it.
