A beautiful, high ceiling space filled with charm. Perfect for our stay and next to a great park with great open spaces. Would definitely stay here again during our visits to the Albany area.

This unit is charming! Nicely decorated and spotless. We were in town for a concert at the MVP arena and were able to walk there making it very convenient.

We love staying here whenever we are in Albany! This was our 3rd stay in this beautiful building. Communication is excellent, everything is super clean, I feel safe and secure, outside noise is minimal, the manuals left are extremely informational and helpful, beautifully furnished and decorated. We truly feel like we're at home when we stay here. I recommend them all the time to friends who mention staying in Albany. Thank you so much for your hospitality, Lloyd!

This location is great, it had everything you would want. The apartment was spotlessly clean. The room was comfortable and quiet. 2 unexpected perks were that when you leave the room you do t even need to bring the keys with you because if the easy to use combination key pads another perk were the great selection of board games, I didn’t think we would use them but by the end of our stay in our last night we just wanted to hang in the apartment, and we played board games.10/10 strongly recommend.

This is a fantastic property, in a great location! We had a wonderful stay and look forward to coming back. I highly recommend taking advantage of this property to anyone who is coming up for a graduation, especially from Suny Albany Law School. This property was comfortable, beautiful and spotless and across from a beautiful park. My family and I were so happy with the choice of staying here, rather then a hotel. I HIGHLY recommend it!!!!!

Walkable distance to The Egg for a show, felt safe walking at night, easy to park streetside out front, check in instructions were clear and concise, apartment was stunning and very clean. Loved the windows and view, the TV, bed was comfy, everything was labeled nicely. Host was communicative. Walked to Bitchin Donuts and they were delicious. Would stay here again if exploring that area!

We had a very good time during our stay because Lloyd's place was clean and had all what we needed-- comfy beds, comfy sofa bed, clean kitchen, bathroom, and living areas, easy access to downtown, beautiful park and walking areas. Everything was as exactly as advertised. Lloyd was a great communicator and we felt right at home. We slept very well :) The building and apartment is very very beautiful! Highly recommend!

This apartment has everything you need and then some. Lloyd thought of everything and had some small amenities that were very helpful. The apartment was very clean and had amazing architecture. It had a nice location close to cute restaurants that were in walking distance. There was a bus stop less than a block away which provided access to downtown. We will definitely be staying there for future trips. Thanks for a great weekend.

From the moment we walked in I loved it! It was very clean, warm welcoming and just the perfect spot for our weekend in Albany for a wedding. It was right across from the park, it was a quiet street and we had no issues with parking. It was very clean, the living room was just like sitting at home and the bedroom was so nice and very comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here you wont be disappointed!!!!!

Lloyd’s apt is in an old brownstone. The building has some nostalgic charm. The apt itself is straightforward — a decently sized LR (w a small dining table), a decently sized BR, a workable kitchen, and a very small bathroom. Bath has been updated. While this apt technically sleeps 4 w the pullout couch, I’d say it’s best for 2 given bath size. Makeup towel, travel size toothpaste, and waters in the fridge v helpful touch. Ceiling in BR much lower than LR; for awareness. Good addition of outlet multipliers and blackout curtains in BR near bed. BR doesn’t seem to be connected to central heating. There was an electric heater, but I didn’t use as IMHO they are dangerous. Home situated on nice park, but bit of a walk to decent coffee / food. Very short Uber ride to Capitol area. One set of neighbors a bit questionable — would try to be in/out quickly at night. Lloyd very communicative, and entry instructions were ultimately quite clear, even if at first they seem a bit daunting. Totally fine stay for utilitarian purposes.
