“Personalmente fue una muy mala experiencia ya que ni siquiera pude encontrar ni entrar en mi habitación, en las especificaciones dice que cuentan con transporte hacia y desde el aeropuerto, cuando les pregunté sobre eso me dijeron que no contaban con el transporte, después fui al día siguiente por la mañana (la noche que llegué tuve que rentar una habitación de hotel en otro lado) no recibí respuesta hasta horas después de haber pagado todas las noches de estadía en otro hotel, quise hacer...

“It is fine for a short stay. Kitchen is limited for cooking, just 2 burner hot plate on counter, small microwave and no dishwasher. It is a basement apt with considerable noise from people walking around upstairs. Small children running around and up/down stairs. This was during the day and not later than 8:30 or so in the evenings so we ignored it and didn’t bother the owners during our 3 night stay. ”

“We would definitely stay again! The place was very clean, the had all the kitchen amenities that we needed. The bed and linens were very comfy! The only con to staying at this resort was how busy the hot tub was at all times, especially in the evening. We went down at 830pm on Friday and it was SO full that we had to go back to the room. They need another hot tub for the size of resort! Pool was heated, so that was great! We didn’t get a turn in the sauna, cause it was a small barrel sauna...

“A lovely room close to the Banff Springs Hotel. The room was nice and cosy, and set in a beautiful location. A short walk into town, or to Bow Falls (a must see).”
