THE ACCOMMODATION:
The apartment consists of a living room with living room and open kitchen, a bathroom with toilet and a bedroom.

The kitchen includes a dining area for 4 people. It is equipped with a fridge with freezer, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine. There are also all the spices you need to cook.

The bathroom has a bathtub, a heated towel rail, a hairdryer and a toilet.

Washing machine and iron available.

Sleeping:
- Bedroom with 160 cm bed and wardrobe
- Living room with 120 cm sofa bed
- Baby cot with mattress available free of charge

Sheets and towels provided. Cleaning included.

The apartment is equipped with a TV and a WiFi connection.

In terms of accessibility, the building has an elevator from the 1st floor (so you have to go up only 1 floor by the stairs).
Bicycle storage is available on the 1st floor.

Possibility to park your vehicle free of charge in the street or in the Arnaud Beltrame parking lot located a few meters away.
