The renovated 2-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The apartment can accommodate 2 additional children, as there is a sofa bed in the living room. The 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed and 1 with two single beds) and the bathroom (which is equipped with a bathtub) are situated on the first floor. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a washing machine as well as a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

Your private outdoor area includes a balcony. A shared outdoor area, consisting of a pool, a garden, a children's pool and an outdoor shower, is also available for your use.

The property is situated only 500m from one of the most beautiful beaches of the Algarve: São Rafael. The beautiful beach Praia dos Arrifes is also just a few steps from the apartment. The friendly and cosy holiday apartment is ideal for those who prefer not to drive during their holiday: the beaches are within walking distance as well as some restaurants and a mini market. The marina and the old town of Albufeira are a 2-minute drive away, and so are the beaches of Galé and Salgados.

A parking space is available on the property. Free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed. Youth groups are not admitted. Parties are not allowed. Air conditioning is not available. Wi-Fi is available and suitable for video calls.

A mid-stay cleaning service (with fresh bed linen and towels) is only applicable to stays longer than 2 weeks.
