Great location,very private Algarvean Design Villa & Feeling throughout.

The villa's superb location, offers you a relaxed & lovely atmosphere with all the comforts your require, ensuring you have a memorable holiday! With a world away relaxed feeling! Yet! It is only 1.2 km away from a small commercial centre Vale Paraiso, 'Ferreiras Commercial' with 1 very good restaurant, Verde Minho, mini market, a couple of cafes, newsagent, and a few shops.

As for a wider and varied choice, the Picturesque Albufeira Old Town is a lively resort itself with lots of character with narrow streets, many shops, restaurants, cafes, bars, clubs, etc, is under 4km away. Come night time the bars, clubs and restaurants come alive with bright lights live music and music to suite all.

It highly unlikely you will find a villa like this one, and at these great prices. But, you be the judge of that. There is also roadside Local Produce Fresh Fruit & Vegetable Stall which i personally go to, there is also a local Giro Bus Stop which goes all round Alfufeira including all beaches (frequently from morning to night) costs only €1.25 Euro per person, Or? We offer you very cheap mini bus service to anywhere in Albufeira, that picks you up from the privacy of your villa for only €15 per mini bus up to 8 persons per mini bus per each way.

If you can tear yourselves away from this magical Villa. And you want to go somewhere more lively, Albufeira's bustling old town is under 5 minutes drive away, with its superb sandy beaches, pedestrian zones with many shops, restaurants including the famous Fisherman's beach.

1.2 km from Giro Bus Stop (a very short, very cheap bus ride away, a short drive or a nice walk away will also take you to pretty town of Ferreiras, with a Daily Market with fresh meat, fish & vegetables, Ferreiras is also home to one of the best butchers in the whole of Albufeira, it is also home to the many restaurants, Intermarche Supermarket, Chemist, Bank, Shops, Petrol station, Albufeira train station
and more.

As for best shopping mall on the Algarve 'Algarve Guia Shopping' is only 5 km from the villa. Villa rules concerning groups

Please note that our villas are all in residential areas, where no loud noise can be made during the daytime or evenings. For this reason, they are not suitable for stag and hen parties, or large groups of people who may be wanting to have louder gatherings, loud music and returning back late to the villas.

Whilst we welcome enquires from everyone over the age of 25; given the respect for the peace and quiet of the neighbours, we reserve the right to turn down a booking if we don't feel it is appropriate. It is important for us to be transparent about this as we wouldn't want your holiday to be a disappointment to you either. Many thanks for your understanding.
