On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms with two single beds each, two of them en-suite with shower. There is also an additional bathroom with shower for greater convenience of guests. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds en-suite with bathtub, ensuring comfort and privacy.



The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals with ease and comfort, ideal for enjoying moments with family or friends.



On the outside, the private swimming pool provides moments of leisure and sunbathing. The patio, dining area and barbecue make the outdoor experience perfect for extended gatherings.



Villa Bantayan is located just a few minutes' drive from the most beautiful beaches in the Algarve and a short distance from restaurants, bars and shops in Albufeira, offering the perfect balance between tranquillity and convenience.



The moving day for this property is on Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making the booking, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



Group deposit: €250 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.



Please note that the occupancy of this property is 8 guests.

From the 9th to the 12th guest, an additional charge will be applied which includes an extra bed.



According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
